Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping Policy



We pride ourselves on fast shipping and usually orders ship out within 24 hours of the order being placed. We are currently shipping most of our packages out through USPS. Occasionally, some packages will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. All packages are shipped with a tracking service.


  • All packages under 1 lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This service usually takes 2-5 days. First Class Mail includes Package Tracking, but does not include lost package insurance. 

  • Any packages weighing over 1 lb. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service usually takes 2-3 days. Tracking and Insurance is provided with Priority Mail shipments.

  • If you need a quicker shipping time, please email me at so that we can try to expedite your order. 

It is very important that you make sure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. If for some reason you realize that the address is incorrect after the order has been placed, please email me at so that corrections can be made immediately. If your package is returned "undeliverable due to incorrect address" you can either pay to have the item re-shipped or request a refund for the product only. The original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Pick Up Service

If you live in the Houston area and would like to pickup your order, please select "local pickup" as your shipping option during checkout. Pickup is in El Lago, Tx 77586. When your order is ready, you will be notified via email and given the pickup address. Online orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, the item has to be returned unused and in it's original unopened packaging. If you would like to return and item, please email me at .

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping and cannot be refunded for the original shipping cost. When you return the item/s we recommend you ship them back with a trackable, insured service to protect against loss, damage or theft. We cannot refund you for items that are never returned or arrive back to us damaged.

Although, after placing your order, if you receive your package and any items arrive to you damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and original packaging and email them to me at immediately, so that I can arrange an exchange and file a claim for damage.

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email from me and the credit will go back to the card the order was placed with. Please be aware that credits to your card could take a few days to show up on your account. Please contact me with any questions at .
